We are dedicated to enhancing our sexual health service for the Doncaster community. Our team meets monthly to discuss ways to improve your experience, so on the following Thursday’s , we will be open from 10:15am :
20th February 2025 and 20th March 2025
Patient Results Notifications
From January 2025 the service will notify patients of their results as follows:
NEGATIVE RESULTS – 10 working days after testing patient will receive a text message confirming ALL results are negative
POSITIVE RESULTS – Patients will be contacted directly by a clinician to discuss results, treatments and further steps.
RECEPTION CANNOT GIVE ANY RESULT INFROMATION OVER THE PHONE.

Missed Appointments:
we are committed to providing the best possible care for all of our patients. As a busy service, we strive to offer as many appointment slots as possible to accommodate everyone’s needs. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us achieve this.
In July 2024 alone, 211 patients did not attend their booked appointments. This impacts our ability to offer timely care to others who may be in urgent need.
We understand that circumstances can change, and life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer the slot to another patient.
If you cannot attend a pre booked appointment please email us on SexualHealth.4Doncaster@nhs.net and we can reallocate to other patients.

We provide free and confidential sexual health services from our easily accessible clinic. This includes information and advice on all types of contraception and STI testing and treatment. Our service is confidential, non-judgemental and for people of all ages, genders and orientations.
