This sexual health/contraception information can be transferred across to Solutions 4 Health as necessary, with your consent.

Contacting the HIV Service:

When contacting the service on the main telephone line, please advise reception that you access the HIV service, or if you prefer, are a ‘long-term TriHealth Patient/service user’. This enables us to identify you and your needs as quickly as possible as only the reception team working in the TriHealth HIV service will have access to your records.

Please do continue to use the Specialist Nurse mobile number and secure email address that you may already have been given. If you would like these contact details, please contact the main reception line and the team will be happy to provide.
