Accessibility Information – S4H Sexual Health Service

We are committed to making our clinic accessible for all patients. If you have a disability or specific access needs, please read the following information about how to access our first-floor clinic.

Building Entrance

Our clinic is located on the first floor. Entry into the building is at ground level. However, please note that:
– The intercom is positioned too high for some wheelchair users.
– The front door is heavy and not automated.

If you require assistance, please:
– Call the clinic in advance to arrange support.
– If you are deaf or hard of hearing, press the intercom button **three times**. This alerts our reception team to come and assist you.
– If you are unable to use the intercom, call the number displayed on the door and a staff member will come down to meet you.

Inside the Building

– The lift is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
– Our reception and waiting areas are wheelchair accessible.
– We have a fully accessible disabled toilet with a shower.
– Two of our consultation rooms – Maroon and Orange – are the most suitable for patients using wheelchairs.
– Staff are available to help with any access needs throughout your visit.
